COVID-19 trading conditions

Dear customers,

Due to the Corona virus pandemic, EasyOxygen's parent company EasyCare is operating under changed conditions.

This means there may be some delays in our communications to our customers and care providers. We will always strive to respond to your messages and correspondence as quickly as time allows, please bear with us as we navigate through these uncertain times.

Our Showroom is currently OPEN to the general public, preferably by APPOINTMENT. We are limited to 5 customers at a time in the store so please be patient if we are busy! We are still available for local pick up of pre-paid orders. 

Our warehouse is still operating and we dispatch stocked goods on a daily basis. We are fortunate to have plenty of Oxygen Concentrator stock and Oximeters at hand.

Manufacture of our amazing Adjustable Electric Beds and Lift Chairs is ongoing, and we can help you with in-home demonstrations in the SEQ area by our amazing service technicians. They are operating under best practice social distancing measures, and will wear gloves, facemasks and sanitize their hands before and after their visit to keep everyone safe.
