The DreamStation Go CPAP administers fixed pressure therapy ranging between 4–20 cm H2O, more than enough to fill the majority of prescribed sleep therapy pressure settings.

Advanced Features in Travel CPAP Package

The DreamStation Go also retains many of the advanced features found on its larger, full-sized siblings, including adjustable ramp mode and exhalation pressure relief. Ramp mode lowers pressure at the start of therapy before gradually increasing to the prescribed pressure setting. This gentler beginning pressure helps patients ease their way into sleep, with the ramp time adjustable in five-minute increments between 0 and 45 minutes.

Pressure relief, called Flex relief on the DreamStation series, lowers the airway pressure-flow during exhalation. Flex relief softens the transition from inhalation to exhalation that can distract some sleepers, particularly those with higher pressure prescriptions. The DreamStation Go offers three Flex relief settings (1–3), with 1 providing a small reduction of pressure and progressively more pressure relief on the 2 and 3 settings.
