Placed order and received item really quickly with good email confirmation etc.
Item seems to be good quality and working great - much better than cheaper one initially purchased from eBay ad for different company wihich doesn’t even work .
Definitely a good lesson in buy Australian made and local .
I have been on permanent oxygen for two years and purchased a philips Simplygo Mini backpack to enable me to go on holidays. I had two wonderful holidays within a year of purchase and then my health deteriorated and now I am advised not to travel, however I live 15kms from town and pre Covid-19 would often go to town to socialise with my friends, shopping etc. My original back pack fell apart, mainly zipper collapsed and I was handicapped. My daughter went to Mr Google and found your firm and was able to order me a new one online and although I am in self isolation I use the backpack every day to walk around the property and get exercise. It is very comfortable and works well. My request was promptly attended to, thank you.

I would love to tell you about my wonderful experience with Trish at Gold Coast Easy Care Oxygen. I needed a portable oxygen Concentrator. Knowing nothing about them a friend told me to contact Trish, she had sold them their concerntrator. Her service was so calming, sit down, I will make you a cuppa. Perfect for this lady as $5000 dollars is a lot of money, she explained to me in layman terms.
